Bellydance Fitness for Beginners

Join Eileen in Oklahoma City every Saturday from 11am to 12 pm, for a Fantastic Bellydance workout! Get your weekend started right! I supply the Shimmy Belts! Move to music by your favorite artists while toning your entire body. Pump it Up to Bellydance, Bollywood and Salsa routines for Beginners, all designed for weight loss and muscle building! No dance experience needed. I am the last studio on your left down the hallway (Rae's Room). Come a few minutes early to park and sign in. Cost is $10. A super fun class for ladies who are 21 to 70.
Wear socks, barefoot, sneakers, or canvas ballet shoes (Amazon). Yoga pants or leggings and a snug fitting top are recommended. RSVP is REQUIRED. Just click on the post and tap "going". We are located in the Coit Center right next to the barbershop.
