First Location is between the buildings and the parking garage off of 6th Street. The closest parking is near the address 10th NW 6th Street OKC, Ok.
There is spots around that area to park.
Second location will be a parking garage nearby that we can do both Wasteland and Cyberpunk shots.
The final location will be just Cyberpunk themes.
We'll have the time finalized for each area the week of.
B/ADECON Presents! Wasteland/Cyberpunk Dystopian Themed Cosplay Photo Meet-up!

While B/ADECON isn't happening this year, we didn't want to let that hype train to go straight into hibernation.
So, while we can't have a big party to raise money for Children's Tumor Foundation, DangerCade and I decided to host a photo meet-up
The projected date is October 11th. Exact time is TBD depending on headcount, but looking to have gathering time at ~3:30 PM.
We will have it start at 1 point and move to 2-3 locations after, going with the time of the day star.
Current projection is start with Wasteland Theme location, move to a neutral location to combo Wasteland vs Cyberpunk, then as the light falls, we switch to the Cyberpunk theme.
It will all be downtown, with most of it within walking distance. But if you are wearing a lot or carrying equipment, it might be better to drive between points. Take this into consideration for your outfit and equipment.
This will be a tip encouraged meetup, for the photographers.
I have had ~8 verify their interest and I will be posting their Socials so you can contact to tip.
It's not required for this, but definitely encouraged.
This is an open event, so other photographers can join, I just wanted to ensure a decent ratio of cosplayer to photographer.
Other than the go to Dystopian Theme, there aren't any other rules at this point other than the normal, be mindful of your outfit for spikes and prop weapons. We don't want to scare people.
B/ADECON will be providing water and some snacks.
