Autumn Equinox Breath & Sound Journey

In honor of the Autumn Equinox, we’ll gather in a sacred container of breath and sound. This is a threshold in the turning of the year. A time when light and dark stand in perfect balance. A time to release what no longer serves, to honor the cycles of death and rebirth, and to remember that every ending carries the seed of a beginning.

Kyra will guide you through somatic breathwork, opening the body as a channel for release and clarity. With breath as your guide, you will be invited to soften what has been held too tightly, shed old stories, and come home to your own truth.

Shannon will then carry you into a cocoon of sound. Her crystal bowl soundscape will move through you, guiding you into deeper states of stillness and presence. Sound becomes not only something you hear, but an energy you feel in every cell of your body. A living current that cleanses, restores, and awakens.

Together, breath and sound weave an immersive journey inward. This evening is an invitation to pause. A moment to let go. A space for remembering.
