Everything we do is trauma informed, peer led, and grounded in evidence based practice. Our goal is simple, reduce isolation, lower stress, and help you leave feeling lighter than you came in.
Ron Ramsey:

When the moon rises he becomes the Werewolf Maestro, conducting with unstoppable passion. TSF takes music into schools, prisons, and refugee camps, proving the power of music cannot be caged. Ron will share Some captivating guitar riffs and how music shaped his life, the practices he uses to lift others, and his road to recovery. Expect story, craft, and heart.
Holotropic Breathwork and Sound Bath with Sage Bailey:

We follow with a full body sound bath using crystal bowls and resonant drones to help you integrate and land. Expect powerful somatic release, expanded awareness, and a grounded calm afterward.
