On February 25, The Crown is transformed for a one-night-only dining experience guided by Chef Eric Smith. Known for his eclectic style and fearless approach to flavor, Chef Eric brings a sense of play, indulgence, and creativity to an evening designed to fill the room and engage every table.

Guests will experience a multi-course meal in a space designed to hold both indulgence and intention.
