Join us for a playful, supportive, and connection-focused Partner Yoga workshop designed to bring people together through movement, breath, and shared experience. Partner yoga is a beautiful way to deepen stretches, build trust, and experience yoga in a fresh, lighthearted way. With the support of another person, poses become more accessible, more spacious, and often more fun.
This workshop is not about acrobatics or perfection — it’s about communication, presence, laughter, and learning how to both give and receive support. You’re welcome to come with a friend, partner, or family member, or arrive solo and meet someone new in a safe, welcoming environment. All levels are truly welcome, and options will be offered throughout.
What to expect
• 30 min – Mindful breathing and gentle warm-up to arrive and feel at ease
• 60 min – Icebreaker games and guided partner poses to explore trust, balance, and deeper stretches
• 15 min – Savasana & relaxation to integrate the experience
• 15 min – Community tea to connect, reflect, and unwind together
Come move, connect, laugh, and leave feeling relaxed, supported, and a little more open — in body and heart.
