Reiki (ray-key) is an ancient, Japanese healing system that works on the body’s 7 primary energy centers known as chakras (shock-ra), to restore balance and promote healing on all levels (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual). Reiki therapy is a natural healing modality to reduce stress, promote deep relaxation, re-establish balance, and promote healing from within! This energy work is compatible with any religious belief, health status and healthcare regimen as its universal life force energy.
Dry Cupping is an alternative Chinese method that involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. The suction may facilitate healing blood flow, increase QI (life force energy), reduce pain, improve blood flow, circulation and promote cellular repair.
Dry cupping can take place on your back, legs, arms, and abdominal area. Depending on where you need the relief. Traditionally, it’s done on the back of the legs and on your back.
Cupping has been used to treat a wide variety of conditions. It may be particularly effective at easing conditions that create muscle aches, digestive issues, skin issues, shingles, facial paralysis, disc herniation, aches, pains, circulation, cellular regeneration, reduce constipation and relieve headaches. This alternative healing should be done once every two weeks to maintain the flow of circulation.
