Join us for our first Broth-Making Basics workshop, where we’ll walk you through how to make a simple, flavorful pot of broth using vegetable scraps and/or chicken or beef bones.

Attendees will watch the process from start to finish, learn which ingredients work best, pick up helpful tips and techniques, sample foods made with broth, and take home ingredients to try making broth in their own kitchen.

Registration & payment due by Friday, January 23. Attendees can request a link to pay online, or pay in the store with cash or card.
