Singles Rooted in Yourself is a slow, supportive somatic journey designed to help you feel safe, settled, and fully embodied so connection starts from a grounded place, not a rushed one.
This guided somatic experience invites you to gently tune into your body, calm your nervous system, and arrive fully as yourself. When you feel rooted, authentic connection comes more naturally and more easefully.
The somatic journey will be facilitated by Kaley Tallman and Grounded Soul Wellness, creating a nurturing and intentional space for presence, awareness, and ease. Following the somatic practice, we’ll transition into light-hearted icebreakers and connection games designed to help you meet others in a relaxed, organic way - no pressure, no performances, just real humans showing up as they are.
Coffee, tea, and snacks will be provided, including a custom tea blend created by Grounded Soul Wellness.
