🎄 Bonneville Shoreline Christmas Tree Hike 🎄
Come join us for a festive community hike to the beloved Bonneville Shoreline Christmas Tree! Bring an ornament to hang and help keep this local tradition alive.
📍 Meeting Point:
29th Street Trailhead
(Ogden, UT)
🕒 Details:
Park at the 29th Street Trailhead.
We’ll take the main trail heading east.
After about 0.6 miles, watch for a cutback to the north.
Stay on the Bonneville Shoreline Trail for ~1.5 miles until you reach the decorated Christmas Tree.
Once we arrive, everyone can add their ornament to the tree!
🎄 About the Tree:
This tree is decorated every year by locals and has become a favorite winter hiking destination. It’s simple, fun, and a great way to get into the holiday spirit.

Winter-appropriate footwear
Water & gloves (recommended)
🍫 Post-Hike Treat:
We’ll warm up with peppermint-protein hot chocolate at the trailhead after the hike.
