Curious about sourdough and ready to learn the process from start to finish? This hands-on sourdough class will walk you through every step of making a beautiful, nourishing loaf at home.
During class, we’ll cover:
-Caring for and maintaining a sourdough starter
-Flour selection & temperature
-Mixing and folding techniques
-Fermentation & timing
-Shaping, proofing, scoring, and baking
Each participant will go home with:
-One fully baked sourdough loaf
-One unbaked loaf to finish at home
-A banneton basket
-A basic lame for scoring
-The knowledge and confidence to bake sourdough on your own
This class is perfect for beginners or anyone wanting a solid foundation in traditional sourdough baking.
