Under the Waxing Moon: A Somatic Healing Workshop (Part II)

Two Sundays. Two circles. One seasonal arc of release and renewal.

This October, join us for two embodied gatherings designed to follow the natural rhythm of the season. Each circle stands alone, yet together they trace the arc of release and renewal.

Part I — Under the Waning Moon | Sunday, October 12, 4:00-5:00 PM CST

The waning Moon invites us to soften and shed. We’ll unwind tension through breathwork, grounding practices, and gentle movement. A circle for letting go, composting what no longer serves, and returning to center.

Part II — Under the Waxing Moon | Sunday, October 26, 4:00-5:00 PM CST

The waxing Moon calls us into expansion. This circle awakens the body through dynamic somatic practices, restoring vitality and opening space for new possibility. A circle for rising, renewing, and re-seeding.

Attend one or both. Come for a single workshop, or step into the full arc — the exhale of release and the inhale of renewal.
