DYNAMO invites artists, performers, and creatives to take part in our biannual Open Stage – an evening where you can test new material in a cabaret-style show, with lighting and staging set up on the day.
This edition is in collaboration with the electronic music collective Rumlyd, who will perform their project Cosmic Circus after the Open Stage. "The Cosmic Circus" is also the inspiration for this edition’s theme.
What can you perform?
Anything goes – circus, dance, music, theatre, spoken word, performance art, or even a 5-minute lecture on insect anatomy! Acts loosely inspired by space, stars, and the cosmic are especially welcome.
EVENT SCHEDULE FOR PARTICIPANTS:
13:00–14:00 Arrival & setup (for technical rigging etc.)
15:00 Rehearsals & lighting (you’ll receive an individual time slot)
18:00 Dinner
19:00 Doors open
20:00–21:00 Open Stage performances
21:15–22:30 Rumlyd concert
22:30–00:00 DJ + Afterparty
Practical Info:
Open Stage is a chance to share your work with a live audience in a collaborative, festive setting. While we can’t offer a fee, food and drinks are provided, our tech crew will support your performance and our in-house photographer will document it.
A limited travel budget is available for participants coming from afar—reach out to arrange.
