The ServSafe class prepares participants to take the ServSafe exam to become certified in ServSafe. The class will take place over two days, February 11-12, from 9:00AM-4:00PM with 1 hour for lunch. The exam will be the following week, February 19 at 9AM. There are two ticket options: ticket 1 is for the class AND the exam, Ticket 2 is for exam ONLY.
