Yin Yoga & Guided Meditation

Our Yin yoga class will be a 30-45 minute meditative yoga style class that involves holding poses for extended periods(2-5 minutes)to stretch connective tissues and increase awareness. The class will be ended with a 5-15 minute guided meditation.
