Couples Valentine's Yoga

Start your Valentine’s Day celebration early by doing a yoga class with your partner. Deepen communication and trust as the instructor leads you through a series of couple friendly poses. Be ready to smile, laugh, giggle as you stretch and strengthen your mind, body, spirit and your relationship. Open to partners of all kinds - friends, family, romantic partners and beyond.
