⬇️ Here's how it works:
🏃🏻♂️Healthy Selfie 5K Your Way has both a virtual and in-person option, so you can crush 3.1 miles in your own way, on your own time, or with a community group! Register for one, or both (must register twice separately) if you want double the 5K fun!
👟In-person option: Join us on September 13 at 8:30am at Orange Technical College - West Campus to walk, run, or bike a 5K as a community along the West Orange Trail! All ages, strollers, and even pups are welcome!
🚴🏽♀️ Virtual option: Can't make it on September 13? No worries! You can complete 3.1 miles at your own pace, wherever you like, whenever you like from September 1-30. Bike, hike, rollerblade, walk, run, it all counts. No need to formally submit your miles – we go by the honor system and are just here to encourage you to get moving.
🥇Prizes: Our 5K T-shirt distribution for both virtual and in-person will be first come, first served when registering. The size choices on the page when registering are the sizes available that are remaining. Registering earlier means a better chance of getting your preferred size! Once the quantities are out, they are out. Medals for in-person participants will be given at the 5K Finish Line on race day. We are unfortunately unable to guarantee 2025 medals to virtual participants, however assorted medals from previous 5Ks will be available at pickup on October 2.
