Oceanside Community Cleanup
Join Green Oceanside and 'I Love A Clean San Diego' for a litter cleanup! We'll divert litter from our watershed and keep it from traveling to the Pacific Ocean.
Our staff will have check-in ready for you on site. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes, closed-toed shoes, some form of sun protection (sunscreen or a hat) and bring a water bottle. Staff will be providing everything else you will need. After a short orientation and safety talk you will be sent off to remove litter around the area. Staff will sort and dispose of the collected litter and after the cleanup you can request community service verification.
We'll meet near the Salvation Army entrance at 3935 Lake Blvd
Oceanside, CA 92056. There is parking available in the Salvation Army lot and nearby street parking. There is a bus stop (Lake Bl & Thunder Dr) right out front.
Green Oceanside will be providing free promotional goodies to all participating volunteers.
