What's Missing in Our Community?

Healthy communities are shaped by more than just visits with your healthcare provider. They're shaped by access, opportunity, and the everyday resources people rely on to take care of themselves.

We're inviting community members to join a small focus group to talk about what's working, what's hard, and what feels missing when it comes to health and everyday needs in the community. What you share will guide how we grow services, strengthen partnerships, and better support your health.

This event is open to anyone in the community. If you want to share your perspective, we want to hear from you!

Spaghetti, salad, dessert, and soft beverages will be provided at no cost to all participants.
