Looking for a fun way to move your body without feeling like you’re “working out”? This is it! Join us for the Mississippi Gulf Coast YMCA Dance Party. 90 minutes of exercise in disguise packed with music, movement, and nonstop fun.

Get ready to dance to a high-energy mix of Latin rhythms and today’s hottest hits, with a blend of low- and high-intensity moves that make this event perfect for ALL fitness levels. No dance experience required. Just show up ready to move and have a great time!
