Soul Collage Art Therapy and Movement Workshop with Sherie and Teresa

This three-hour workshop blends gentle yoga movements, meditation, art creation, and reflection to explore hopes and dreams. The art therapy will be a soul collage, a creative, intuitive art process that involves making a personal collage using images cut from magazines or printed photos. This art is used to explore aspects of your inner self. It’s both an artistic and introspective tool, combining visual expression with self-discovery and often spiritual insight. You will have the opportunity to discuss your creative process.

The workshop is co-facilitated by yoga teacher and art therapy intern Sherie Sekul, RYT 500 and art therapist Teresa Ballinger, ATR-BC, LPAT. This workshop is open to everyone.

No art or yoga experience is needed.
