We'll begin with breathwork to gently release tension and prepare your mind for a deep meditation session, fostering inner calm and clarity. This will naturally lead us into practices aimed at opening your third eye chakra, enhancing intuition and insight.

Following this peaceful immersion, unleash your creativity by drawing mandalas, a therapeutic art form that encourages focus, self-expression, and a deeper connection to your inner self. To complete this holistic experience, we'll share warming cups of fragrant chai, inviting a sense of community and cozy reflection. Join us for a journey of self-discovery, tranquility, and enhanced intuition.



EXPECT:
Guided Himalayan Breathwork, Kriya & Meditation. All art supplies, pens & paper supplied. Traditional Indian spiced Chai and a light snack.
Including a take home mandala drawing meditation kit.
