Please join me for a free hula hooping jam on Monday, September 8 at River Mill Park in the historic town of Occoquan.
Enjoy a fun hour of hula hooping play time. Come learn new skills and have fun hooping with one another by the beautiful Occoquan River.
I will bring all of the special hula hoop tape I have in case anyone wants to refresh their hula hoop and all of the tape will be free if anyone wants to take any home.
I will bring hula hoops for any of your friends to borrow if anyone wants to join you.
I will be at the park . . . with hula hoops, music, and tape . . . from 10:45 - 11:45 am if anyone wants to join me.
Please bring your hula hoop, a hydration beverage, and sunscreen.
Feel free to bring a packed lunch if you'd like to enjoy a picnic in the park after we hoop. We can also enjoy one of the many eateries in the Town of Occoquan, if anyone is interested.
If you plan to come, please let me know so that I know there is interest. I don't want to show up and be the only one there.
