Join Lisa and co-facilitator John Thomas for a powerful 2.5-hour New Year’s Eve Breathwork Circle—a sacred evening of release, reflection, and rebirth.
We’ll begin with guided intention-setting to gently release the emotional and energetic residue of 2025. Through reflective prompts and soulful sharing, you’ll create space for something new.
Then, you’ll be led through a deeply transformational Introspective Breathwork® journey—supported by live sound healing from John Thomas, whose decades of experience in yoga, meditation, and esoteric healing amplify the vibrational field. Expect crystal bowls, gong, and other resonant tools to support full-body recalibration.
We’ll complete the evening with an integration circle to help you land gently, feeling clear, connected, and aligned with what you’re ready to embody in 2026.
