Nervous System Sound Bath Reset

Time: Sundays at 10am
Location: The Riding Academy Hotel Courtyard


A deeply calming 45-minute class designed to support relaxation and restore balance. We invite you to relax as the soothing vibrations of sound bowls help release tension, quiet the mind and encourage a sense of grounding. All experience levels are welcome.


Complimentary for hotel guests and $20 for public guests. Space is limited; advanced registration is required.
