First Friday Art Walk

First Friday Art Walk presents the Sunset Songs Series featuring Seranation.

The First Friday Art Walk takes place the first Friday of each month, October through May, from 6 to 9 p.m. in Ocala’s Historic Downtown. This free community event celebrates local artists, musicians, and businesses, offering over 30 artist displays, live entertainment, extended shopping hours, and free family art activities provided by local arts organizations.

On Friday, October 3, the First Friday Art Walk in partnership with Sunset Songs Series will feature a special performance by Seranation at Citizen Circle at 7:30 p.m. Founded in 2014, Seranation is a reggae-rock band with two full-length studio albums, “Island Thinkin” (2015) and “Livin’ the Dream” (2018), the latter reaching #1 on the iTunes Reggae charts and #5 on Billboard. Originally a regional Florida act, they began national touring in 2018, performing alongside Sublime with Rome, Michael Franti, SOJA, and more.

Guests are encouraged to pick up an event map at the Ocala Cultural Arts tent, located on the south side of the Downtown Square.

In the event of inclement weather, the First Friday Art Walk will be canceled.
