What is Drumming?

We engage together in a Spiritual Drum Meditation that asks you to surrender to the heartbeat created by the people here today, you included.

What are the health benefits of drumming?
We have all experienced the sound of our mothers drumming heartbeat. This is where we were safest from the influence of anything. To help our bodies to reconnect to our purest form and go to healing naturally, we connect to the calm within the music. We allow the wave of the sound to wash over us. We allow the drum and the beat to take over our mind and heart. We connect to others and together, we create the beat, and it feels great!
