Building the Beloved Community Series: Grief and the Grace of Letting Go with Rev. Cindy and Nikki I

Grief is one of life’s greatest teachers. This Sunday, Rev. Cindy Grimes and CSL Ocala’s in-house therapist, Nikki Immediato, LMHC will share spiritual wisdom and therapeutic tools for navigating grief. Drawing on Nikki’s expertise in trauma-informed therapy, EMDR, and holistic healing and Rev. Cindy’s experience as a hospice social worker, they will explore how honoring grief can open the way to deeper compassion, resilience and growth.
