Saturdays at 8:30am | The Equestrian Hotel Pool

Begin your weekend with intention. This 30-minute stretch class offers mindful breathwork paired with gentle stretching to awaken the body and calm the mind. All flexibility levels are welcome.

Complimentary for hotel guests and $20 for public guests. Space is limited; advanced registration is required.
