FREE: Mindfulness in Daily Life Group

This is a FREE group funded by MHARS Lorain County
Facilitated by Rome and Lital LPCCS
The goal is to provide participants with skills developed from mindfulness awareness and meditation practice to improve the quality of their daily life. The structure is to provide these skills in participation with group exercises, mediation and didactic content through 10 sessions as well as structured home practice. model. The group is open to adults of any age. This group meets weekly from September 4th-November 13th (there is no group on Thursday October 2nd).
