Winter Mountain Leader Training

The Winter Mountain Leader Training is for those who already hold a Summer Mountain Leader qualification. We offer the Winter Mountain Leader Training in the Cairngorms during February and also in the Glencoe/Ben Nevis area in March. Utilising fantastic venues to thoroughly take you through the syllabus with as much hands on practice as possible. These six days will help you understand and build the key knowledge, skills and judgment you need to lead people safely in the winter environment. At the end, we strive for you to enter the consolidation phase with a clear action plan on the things you need to do prior to coming forward for an assessment.
