We Are One - Reconciliation and Prophecy is Peace
$25 admission – Donations in support of our Elders
Hosted by Grandmother’s Voice
Theme: Moving forward together in the time of prophecy, reconciling our relationship with Mother Earth, the water, our treaties, and our humanity.
Join us for a day of connection, ceremony, and action as we gather in the spirit of unity. Grounded in Indigenous teachings and open to all, this in-person event will feature a sacred fire, traditional Indigenous food, cultural teachings, and local vendors. Together, we will honour the prophecy that calls us to restore balance with the Earth and with one another.
About World Peace Day
In a time of turbulence and uncertainty, the International Day of Peace reminds us that peace is not only possible—it is necessary. Around the world, peacekeepers, community leaders, and everyday people are taking concrete steps to end violence, heal divisions, and build understanding. Each of us has a role to play: speak out against hate and discrimination, listen deeply to perspectives different from your own, challenge harmful language, volunteer in your community, and take time to share only what is true and respectful.
Let this gathering be more than a celebration—let it be a commitment to action. On September 20, we come together not only to imagine a more peaceful world, but to take steps toward creating it.
