This class is designed specifically to help new moms safely rebuild strength, restore core stability, and support pelvic floor recovery after birth. Through targeted exercises, you’ll regain confidence in your movements while bonding with your baby in a fun, welcoming environment.
We have supported thousands of parents across Toronto & the wider GTHA by developing unique, postnatal-focused fitness classes that are both safe and effective. This class combines energizing workouts with gentle recovery techniques so you can feel stronger, healthier, and more empowered in your postpartum journey.

Pelvic floor and deep core restore exercises

Join us for a 45-minute small group class in Oakville designed to support moms at every stage of recovery. All exercises are tailored to your postpartum needs, with modifications available for comfort and ability. Free parking is available.
Pricing: $14 per class, or $72 for a 6-class package.
