In this workshop I'll teach you some sacred practices from Tibet and teach you about your nostrils there different energies . Learn how to use and connect Breath with some very simple movements and knowledge of there medical cures.
Tibetan medicine is quite rare and not very often taught outside Tibet.
In the workshop you'll learn symbols, sounds,you'll learn 3 humors of the Breath and learn about your constitution, why some people suffer more illness in different body parts than others.
