FREE AMATEUR RADIO LICENSE TESTING at 10AM- The Arlington Amateur Radio Club is providing Amateur Radio exams at WINTERFEST starting at 10am. Check-in with the WINTERFEST Reception table in the Oakton HS cafeteria for directions to the exam classroom location.

SCOUTS – Radio Merit Badge is available at WINTERFEST! And, VWS is waiving the WINTERFEST admission fee for registered scouts and their accompanying adult. To attend, you must pre-register for the Radio MB using the following link and complete the prerequisites noted at the link. Space is limited to the first 25 registrants.
