YOGA AND BEER with Lyz Keating

This is a private event while the brewery is closed to the public. To ensure the brewery can open on time, this class will start promptly at 10:30 AM. Once the class is over at 11:30 AM, enjoy a cool down beverage with your classmates in our taproom before the brewery opens to the public!

All levels are welcome, and newcomers to yoga are encouraged! A few mats and props will be available to borrow for free, but attendees are encouraged to bring their own. You may also wish to bring a tarp or towel to place under or over your mat to protect your mat and/or your knees, as this class will be practiced on a concrete outdoor patio. Don't forget your sunscreen!

About our teacher:
Lyz Keating has led over 1,500 yoga classes in Oakland since 2016 and is formally trained in both Strala and Rocket yoga. She is passionate about guiding students to find their inner strength and peace through yoga.

This class will be rooted in the Strala yoga tradition, which emphasizes moving with ease and grace. Expect a simple yet powerful yoga flow that will leave you feeling energized and refreshed. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you'll leave feeling empowered and ready to enjoy your post-class beer.
