i have spent about half of last year in Thailand, exploring the food and music scenes and happy to share some of the dishes i have learned.
We will make the following

Gaeng tay po curry paste (a southern style sour red curry)
Gaeng Tay po (southern style curry with tempeh, eggplant and morning glory leaves)
