In just under 2 weeks Tiger's is turning 7! Honestly, that's wild to me. In some ways it feels longer but in most ways it feels shorter. Kinda hard to explain, honestly.
BUT...we're turning 7 and throwing a party to celebrate!!!!!!! It's been a wild 7 years and you all have rallied for us so many times so this celebration is for all of us!
Brian was just down in Long Beach, 2 weeks ago, brewing a collab with Long Beach Beer Lab, that's going to be released exclusively at our anniversary! It's called, "LBT Pils (Long Beach Tiger's Pils) a West Coast Pilsner brewed with Peacherine and Superdelic hops. It's so freakin' good and I can't wait to pour and drink this beer at our party! It's still summer weather for us now so I thought a Hoppy Pilsner (my fave style the last 2 years) would be perfect for this weather.
We're also in the midsts of finalizing the rest of the menu and you can bank on it being a unique line up that you're not gonna see anywhere else!

Sun, 10/5 - Filipino Street Food from Say Grace Kitchen (formerly Compost Kitchen)
Underberg Rules:
You can all drink as many as you like but there's going to be a group Berg Toast at the top of every hour! LOL
The anniversary parties always bring back people from the past so we can't wait to bring more and more people together. It's what we're known for.
