SoulFlow Sunday is a sanctuary for raw expression. It’s an a cappella open mic that’s not about performing; it’s about being heard, being felt, and letting your truth move the room.

We welcome black writers, poets, and thinkers to release whatever is on their hearts, whether it’s a poem, a journal entry, a meaningful quote or passage, or just free speech.Each SoulFlow Sunday will have a different theme.

Attendees are encouraged but not required to share something relevant to the chosen theme.
