Jorge Alabe is offering a new round of classes presenting dance steps and songs for the Orixas from the Candomble tradition of Brazil.
This 4-class series on Sunday afternoons is held in person in Oakland, CA.
(Also possible to participate remotely through receiving video of the class each week.)
People of all levels of experience are invited to participate, and new people are always welcome to join.

Jorge Alabe was raised in the Candomble house in Brazil, and brings his lifetime of experience and authority in sharing Orixa dance movement as practiced in this tradition. He teaches the fundamental connections between drum rhythms, songs, and dance movements. With live drum accompaniment.
