About event:
Conceptualized by Mr B. aka Mario Benjamin, Mr B’s Gumbo & Getdown focuses on bringing together those memorable outdoor summer vibes with down home comfort seafood, locally made beverages, and groovy tunes mixed up by bay area djs all in a covered outdoor deck setting. This is family friendly day event to enjoy, dance, and socialize.
Food:
Oakland’s own Mr B. aka Mario Benjamin will be cooking up his down home Gumbo served with toast. Gluten Free & Vegan options will be available.
Beverages:
Shapeshifters Cinema & Cafe led by Gilbert Guerrero (Co-Owner)will be serving up three specialty drinks: Sangria, Lemonade, and Specialty Beers brewed in-house.
Music:
E-Solo - DJ and Co-Owner of Concrete Culture Productions will be spinning dance, funk, house, disco . and 80’sDJ SPooN- DJ- Sound Engineer and Co-Owner of Concrete Culture Productions will be spinning funk, soul, old-school, and classic hip-hop.
