Heart on Paper: Journaling as a Path to Guidance from within

Join us for an afternoon of guided journaling, quiet reflection, and meaningful connection.

In this workshop, we’ll explore the theme of beginnings—those tender first steps, the hesitations, and the sparks of possibility that come with starting something new. Through guided journaling prompts, reflection, and conversation, we’ll look at what it could mean to begin, to start over, or to turn back time.

In our time together, we allow space to notice what calls to us from within, and we play it out on the page.

Together we’ll:

• Discover journaling as a powerful way to connect to your inner voice and access the quiet wisdom beneath daily life.
• Explore how beginnings—big or small—can open space for reflection, possibility, and new directions.
• Leave with fresh inspiration and a clearer sense of where you’re ready to begin.

Through gentle prompts and reflection, we take notice of what’s shifting, what’s being asked of us, and what becomes clearer when we pause to write it down.

What to expect:

• Thoughtful and imaginative journaling prompts
• A warm, welcoming space (sharing is always optional)
• Time to reconnect with yourself through writing, stillness, and presence

You don’t need to consider yourself a “writer.” Just bring a notebook, a pen, and a bit of curiosity.
