If you are able or would like to make a donation, here's how you can help:We are seeking donations to support our cause. Here are the specific items and sponsorships we need:

Food Sponsor: Pizza – $350 approx.

Drink Sponsors: Capri Suns (or similar), water, and ice – $150 approx.

Sno Cone Sponsor: Includes machine rental, cups, syrup, and ice – $125 approx.

Additionally, we accept gently used and new items: ie clothes, books, socks, shoes, school supplies, tablets, chrome books or computers

We’d love to recognize your support with a shout-out during the event and on our social media.

FAQs

Does my child need to be present?

Yes ALL your children need to be present or you can wait until the end about 2:30 pm and if we have any backpacks filled with age-appropriate school supplies left you can receive them. However, proof of children will need to be presented such as a report card or birth certificate.

If I register does this guarantee my child or children will receive school supplies?

No, pre-registration means you can save time by not registering the day of the event.

Do I need to stay the whole time?

No, once you register you can pick up your backpack. We offer lots of FREE activities, food, household giveaways, watermelon table and more from 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm to make this a nice family event.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Rainbow Recreation Center has a small parking lot off of Seminary. There is plenty of street parking around the neighborhood. Close to public transportation.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You do not have to print out your ticket, but it will make your check-in process go quicker.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, you can. Just click the link that was emailed to you to add more children or let us know you can not make it.

What do I need to know about the day of the event?

Parking: Is limited. see above question

Tickets: There is no need for paper tickets or to print this confirmation email (but it's helpful). You can show the ticket on your phone as well. Register your First and Last name to make check in quicker.

Day of the Event: *On-site registration and check-in starts at 12:00 pm

There will be a table of free household items available for free

Free snacks and watermelon will be available
