Let's Get Moving - Cardio/Strength

Focus on full body fitness in Let's Get Moving - Cardio/Strength with instructor Michael Tatmon Jr. This fun and engaging class targets a different part of your body. This is an active class that will get your heart rate up while building overall strength. You’ll learn new techniques, healthy and safe exercise tips and interesting fun facts while working out with fellow Good Life participants. Exercise adaptations are suggested, so every skill level can join.


Classes are live every Wednesday and Friday at 11am PT via Zoom. At the end of each class, you can ask the instructor about your workout questions.
