Our September series, Purification & Inner Clarity, continues with Restoring Balance Within. This session will focus on releasing inner tension and returning to a state of harmony—body, mind, and spirit.
I (Natasha) will be away this week as I support my spouse through surgery. 💛 I’m deeply grateful that Chris Rowe will be stepping in to gently guide this evening’s meditation. Chris brings a warm and grounding presence that I know will support your journey inward.
