Wine Pairing "Dinner" Fancy Label Edition

It's time for the next wine pairing dinner at my house in Oakdale (by Carnegie).

The next in the Arbitrary Wine Criteria series will be wines with the fanciest label you can find - the fussiest font, all the metallic foil, detailed and intricate designs. In this case, more is better

Bring a bottle of one of your favorite wines - this time with a fancy label (red, white, rose, sparkles, fortified - whatever you choose) and a shareable dish (hors d'oeuvre, appetizer, main, or dessert) that you think pairs well with it. Make sure it's enough for everyone to try, but with 10 dishes to eat, think 10 tasting portions.

Don't worry about what anyone else is bringing. If we end up with all desserts, then that's what we'll eat. Just DM or text me your wine (label, year, type) and dish when you decide and before 11/14. I will have my oven, stove, or microwave available for reheating or finishing dishes.
