Forest Bathing and Sauna

We are thrilled to announce a very special collaboration. On March 1st, Fire and Ice is heading to Battle Creek Regional Park to join forces with Sacred Ground Wellness for a unique Forest Bathing and Sauna event.

A guided, mindful walk through the winter woods of Battle Creek—slowing down, breathing deep, and grounding yourself in nature. Then, transitioning that stillness into the warmth of the Fire and Ice sauna to let the heat seal in the practice.

It’s the ultimate sensory journey to transition from winter into spring.
