This Fall Break, step onto the mat and into the world of Pokémon at PMA Oak Ridge! Each day we’ll train like a different Pokémon, blending Jiu Jitsu skills with fun activities, games, and collectibles. Students will learn new martial arts techniques, enjoy Pokémon episodes, and take home Pokémon cards and figurines to build their collection!
Daily Pokémon Themes:
Monday – Throh (Judo Throws)
Learn powerful throws inspired by Throh’s grappling style.
Collectible: Throh card
Tuesday – Hawlucha (Wrestling Takedowns)
Practice dynamic wrestling takedowns like Hawlucha’s high-flying moves.
Collectible: Hawlucha card
Wednesday – Bewear (Bearhug & Guard Passes)
Train body lock takedowns and guard passes with the strength of Bewear.
Collectible: Stufful and Bewear cards
Thursday – Machoke/Machamp (Submissions)
Channel Machamp’s four-arm power to practice submissions and control.
Collectible: Machop, Machoke & Machamp cards
Friday – Free Day (Pokémon Adventure)
A day of Pokémon hunts, extra sparring, free play, and trading fun!

Pokémon Hunt – Search the academy for hidden Pokémon each morning!
Technical Training – Jiu Jitsu techniques themed to the day’s Pokémon.
Sparring Rounds – Safe, controlled practice matches.
Pokémon Show Viewing – Watch an episode featuring the day’s Pokémon.
Free Time – Pokémon card trading, mini-games, and hanging out with friends.
Daily Collectible – Card of the featured Pokémon!
