Dr. James Schindler will present a Medical Overview of Alzheimer’s and the related dementias. He is board certified in family medicine and has more than
35 years of experience as a primary care doctor. He is currently practicing with Methodist Family Medicine Clinic in Oak Ridge.

Dr. Margaret Swanberg will share Caregiving Strategies for Improving Communication. She is a behavioral neurologist at The Pat Summitt Clinic in Knoxville. Her career spans over three decades of military service, academic
leadership, and clinical excellence with a focus on innovative treatments.
