Reiki is a Universal Life Force Energy that originated in Japan. A Reiki Practitioner is able to tap into an unlimited supply of this energy and channels it to the client to create spiritual, mental and physical well-being.
The best part? Reiki is easily learned by everyone.
After being attuned to the Reiki energy in Reiki level 1, you can use it to heal yourself and your family and friends. The most important part of a Level 1 Reiki class is the attunement, which enhances the student’s ability to be a channel for the Reiki energy. As you progress in each Reiki Level, each attunement, increases this connection. It is the process of remembering and exploring our innate ability to connect with the universal force within and all around us.

The history of Reiki
The five Reiki principles
The Reiki ethics
The Chakras of Reiki
How to work on plants and animals
The effects of working with Reiki
The Reiki hand positions.
How to give a complete Reiki treatment for self and others
The class is a combination of lecture, discussion and experience. Practice time includes giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment using all the hand positions, the self-treatment and practice using the Japanese Reiki Techniques mentioned above.
